We love coming here, Saigon Wok just never dissapoints! The food is consistently delicious and the service is always exceptional. It's also just a cozy spot to sit down and eat at and every time we come here we leave feeling happy.

I’ve been going to Saigon Wok regularly for a couple of years now, and they never disappoint. The udon noodles, stir-fry, and boba are always consistent, fresh, and delicious. What makes this place even better is the staff. They’re always respectful, attentive, and fast. Great food, great service, and a place I’m always happy to come back to. Highly recommend Saigon Wok!

Love this place downnnn! The customer service is not only great but the people there are personable. The food hasn't disappointed me yet, the atmosphere is cute and cozy. Also my personal preference is no fountain drinks and guess what?! No crusty moldy fountain drinks yay!!! 10/10 give em a try if you're in the area 😉

Very pleased with meal and service at Saigon Wok. Food was incredibly fresh (not sitting in cooler for days) and well prepared. Service was polite and excellent. Vibes of place also great being smaller and custom artwork on the wall. 10/10, would go back. Keep it up Saigon Wok team.

My husband and I both ordered chicken katsu. It wasn't on the menu, but saw it on their specials board near the register. The staff was very friendly. In addition to the servers, someone else came from the kitchen to talk to us (possibly the owner). The food was excellent. It's the best fried rice I've had in Jacksonville. The only thing I could compare it to would be my favorite Japanese steakhouse in Orlando. I don't know if my photo shows it, but the portion size was very large. My husband and I will definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely meal and great service!
